Monika Król

As a Vice President of the Management Board, Monika Król is responsible for business development, sales, marketing and PR, as well as the HR and operations sectors. She has over a decade of experience in the financial sector and extensive experience as an entrepreneur, investor and marketing and strategy adviser to B2C trading companies. Throughout her career, Monika Król has been responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, launching new products and sales strategies, as well as nd managing organizational change processes. From 2011 to 2014, she was the Managing Director of Bank BPH, responsible for CRM, Marketing Communications and PR. Between 2006 and 2011, she held the position of Marketing Director at Fortis Bank Polska SA. After the merger with BNP Paribas Polska SA, she took over the Marketing and Corporate Communications Director role at the BNP Paribas Group in Poland. Monika Król started her banking career at Citi Bank Handlowy, where she was Communications and Marketing Manager. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration in Management and Marketing at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
