Agnieszka Tatarczak

Agnieszka Tatarczak is a Digital Team Leader in Arup Poland.

She’s a structural engineer with experience of working on multidisciplinary design projects in Poland, UK and France.

Agnieszka is specialised in automation for engineering projects such as metro, offshore wind, large infrastructure and buildings. Her main focus lies around automation, design optimisation, parametric modelling, computational design, tool development and deployment.

She’s an enthusiast of data-driven design, drawingless construction and provoking digital mindset change in design teams. 

She graduated from Machine Learning in Built Environment Master Module at Kings College London. She holds a degree in Structural Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology and École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées ParisTech.
