Anastasia Chumak

Anastasia Chumak is a seasoned Brand and Communications leader with over a decade of international experience in the global tech and SaaS industry. She currently heads Strategic Operations and Programmes in PR and Communications at JetBrains, following more than 10 years spent successfully building and scaling global marketing functions, spanning global brand, social media, merchandise, and marketing operations.

With a background in research and analytics, ICF-certified training in solution-focused coaching, and 7+ years of leadership and mentorship experience, Anastasia combines strategic thinking with a people-first approach. Her mentorship experience includes advising founders at FemTech Lab, a London-based accelerator for female wellbeing startups, and supporting postgraduate job seekers through annual career mentoring programs. Alongside her professional role at JetBrains, she is growing her coaching practice, where she supports high-achieving women in navigating competing demands and building more fulfilling, balanced lives.
