As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Equinix Poland, she ensures seamless executive operations and leads the employee network focused on wellbeing, engagement, and entertainment. Marta is also a leader of WeAreEquinixPoland and drives initiatives that foster a positive work environment, including wellness programs and team-building events.
