Iva Kozlovska

Iva Kozlovska is the Managing Partner of Qubit Labs and the visionary founder of Women in Tech (WIT) Ukraine. This social project, dedicated to empowering women in the tech industry, is a testament to Iva’s commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion.

Iva has worked in operations, sales, and project management, starting her career as a recruiter and working her way up to HR Director and then Founder of her own IT initiatives. She has experience working with international clients in IT outstaffing and excels at solving complex challenges across various domains, including corporate processes, finance, marketing, and administration. She also speaks at international technology conferences and is the author of webinars and articles on tech-related topics. Currently, Iva runs a company that helps clients from the USA, Europe, and the Middle East build their development teams worldwide.
