Nikiara Purmambietova

Nikiara – Ukrainian, Muslim, Crimean Tatar – is a Tech Entrepreneur and Lead Business Analyst. Currently based in Istanbul.

As a Business Analyst, she works at Exadel as a Product Owner and Lead BA, bringing over 15 years of experience in business, tech, and product development. She is a certified CCBA professional, coach, and mentor, helping others grow in the field of Business Analysis.

As a Tech Entrepreneur, Nikiara is the founder of ModestBeauty.co, a global e-commerce platform that connects modest fashion brands with customers worldwide. Her mission is to empower women, support ethical fashion, and promote modest style on a global scale. She also previously founded UCAT, a B2B platform for product data management.

Nikiara is a single mom of three and a strong believer in resilience, lifelong learning, and inspiring others to begin again — no matter the challenges.
