Olga Kozierowska is not just a DEI expert or a social entrepreneur-she is a force of nature driven by an unshakable belief in a world of equal opportunities for all. With boundless passion and a visionary mindset, she has dedicated her life to breaking down barriers and celebrating what makes Poland extraordinary. As the founder of 'Sukces Pisany Szminką' - Poland’s first organization focused on women’s entrepreneurship and gender equality – Olga has empowered thousands of women to embrace their potential and build their own definition of success. She continues this mission through the WłączeniPlus Foundation and the DEI Champions Club, which she leads with conviction, advocating for inclusive leadership and equal access. Olga is also the spirited creator of WE DID IT IN POLAND . A recipient of numerous awards and recognitions, including the Women’s Tertiary European Award and a place on the list of 25 Leaders of Poland for the Next 25 Years. She is a graduate of the University of Plymouth and the Amsterdam School of Business, a classically trained violinist, a wife, and a proud mother of three.
