Mae Hernandez

Mae Hernandez is true to her life-long commitment: to advocate for transgender people's recognition and rights. Her training and exposure to transgender advocacy goes all the way back when she was still in the university that landed her an EU scholarship and earned Master's degree in Women's and Gender Studies.

She now takes her advocacy to Equinix as one of the Ambassadors of PrideConnect in Poland where she heads initiatives in understanding topics and issues that LGBTQ+ employees are facing. Her understanding of issues and matters helps her in championing Equinix customers everyday as a Customer Success Manager.
