She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and market expansion, providing legal support and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations while minimizing legal risks.

Additionally, Beatriz leads the PrideConnect EECN employee network for inclusion and belonging LGBTQ+ for EMEA and is a passionate contributor. In 2020, she launched the LGBTI employee network at Equinix Spain and has organized numerous corporate events to promote LGBTQ+ belonging and inclusion, fostering a safe work environment where all employees can be their authentic selves.
