Joanna Lisiecka

Joanna Lisiecka is a sociologist and impact-driven leader with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of technology, education, and social change. As the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Perspektywy Women in Tech, she has played a pivotal role in designing and leading large-scale programs that empower women in STEM and IT, foster innovation, and build inclusive ecosystems.

She is the organizer of numerous nationally recognized and award-winning initiatives, including the Girls as Engineers! campaign, New Technologies for Women scholarship programs, IT for SHE Program, the Leadership Academy, and Shesnovation Academy—an accelerator for early-stage startups in science and technology. As the Managing Director of the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit—Europe’s largest technology conference for women—she has helped grow the event to over 14,000 participants and 250 partners annually.

She focuses on using technology to drive climate action, sustainable development, and social equity. With extensive experience in project and event management, mentorship, and ecosystem-building, she contributes to building more inclusive and future-oriented technology environments.
