Responsible for creating & implementing communication strategy, incl. shaping the employer's image outside and inside the organization. The initiator of development and implementation of the CR strategy, closely integrated with the company’s business strategy, with successes confirmed by PR & CSR awards (i.a. Effie Award, Złote Spinacze, Złote Listki CSR, TOP Marka), she manages the Communication Dept., supervising the implementation of comprehensive campaigns and non-standard T-Mobile projects - incl.: social campaign Help Measured in Kilometers. Initiator of the implementation of a strategy focused on actions responding to important social problems. She skillfully realizes herself as a modern woman in business, and privately. Gifted with energy, enthusiasm for life and a rare advantage - finding solutions where others don't see them. Her extensive professional and life experience has allowed her to develop a mindset focused on people, creating a better reality and perseverance in pursuing her goals.
