Dominika Perz

Dominika Perz is a Google Cloud Software Engineer developing a framework for mutations in Google Compute Engine (GCE). Her daily activities include debugging, designing system improvements and simplifications, contributing to the release process, and building strong cross-team collaborations. Beyond her technical contributions, Dominika also fosters a welcoming environment, by onboarding to various initiatives and contributing to the Warsaw-wide onboarding program.

With a background in Control Engineering and Robotics, Dominika’s first professional experience was working at a software company specializing in cryptography for embedded systems. She then completed a two-year traineeship at the European Space Agency (ESA) in the Netherlands At ESA, her contributions included robotics lab projects, developing a fuel simulation for Moon landing maneuvers, and participating in an Android application competition.

Outside of work, Dominika maintains a very active lifestyle with regular functional training, kitesurfing, sailing trips with friends and occasional remote work from warm locations. Last year, she also volunteered for 2 weeks at the Seal Rescue Center in Hel, Poland.
