I studied sociology and began my career as a recruiter then later I switched to IT, so I understand how challenging it can be to change career paths. Now, I help others make similar changes, find talent, build teams, and support people in growing their skills in technology. I believe that success in IT comes from a mix of technical skills, determination and the right support. For me, technology is not just about tools — it is about people and their stories of growth and discovery.
