At T-Mobile, I am responsible for the entire Candidate Experience process - from the first contact with the brand, through the recruitment process, the experience of the pre-onboarding platform until the candidate becomes a full part of our #MagentaTeam. I work in Agile, develop HR products and focus on authenticity, understanding of needs, the data and the results! Together with the team, we conduct hundreds of recruitment processes for our shops all over Poland, for specialists positions in the office and for IT. We do not stop and are constantly looking for new solutions. We listen, test, automate and simplify.
