I am an HR practitioner with many years of experience as an HR Director in international companies (mainly corporations) across the retail, pharmaceutical, media, manufacturing, consulting, and B2B sectors (McKinsey, Nike, Actavis, Gedeon Richter, Iron Mountain, Raczkowski Law Firm, Burda Media, Maxi Zoo).

Professionally, I specialize in areas such as building leadership potential within organizations, managing change and transformation, and developing growth strategies—both at the organizational and individual levels. I focus on shaping an organizational culture centered on engagement, goal- and results-orientation, and development. I also implement market-leading HR practices and build HR teams that act as business partners to both management and employees.

I have experience in coaching and mentoring, and I strongly identify with the human-to-human philosophy. In 2020, I was awarded the title of HR Influencer of the Year. For several years, I have been running my original HR Academy at Eduwersum. I am also the author of publications in industry magazines, reports, and on social media, particularly in the areas of leadership, development, organizational culture, and diversity.
