Anna Malinowska

Anna is a graduate of the Master's degree in "Sustainable Energy Planning and Management from Aalborg University. She spent the last eight years in Denmark, gaining knowledge and experience in the public and private sectors. Anna worked, among others, at the Danish Energy Agency, where she analyzed climate scenarios as part of international partnership programs, and at the startup SustainX, where she conducted greenhouse gas inventories as a part of ESG requirements. Currently, she works as a climate change officer in BirdLife Poland, where she combines links between two reinforcing crises - the climate crisis and the loss of biodiversity. She is responsible for coordinating bird sensitivity mapping for wind energy and advocating for environmental requirements in renewable energy investments. In addition to analytical work, Anna also organizes workshops on climate change that she runs in  "Miejska Akcja Lokalna" in Grochów. She is also engaged in the popularization of knowledge as an expert in the Climate Leadership program led by UNEP-GRID, and as an author of articles that she wrote for journals such as ”Dzikie Życie”, and “Ptaki” or platforms such as Onet.pl.
