Olga Leonowicz

Olga Leonowicz runs a Warsaw-based strategic consulting firm focusing on Poland’s international alignments. She also leads trainings for the business and individuals on strengthening their position inside and outside of the organisations (within Free From Advice development). Public speaker at the panels, conferences and events.

In recent years, together with US Ambassador to Poland Mark Brzezinski, she had been a gender equality and women empowerment and mental health activist focusing on the young generation.
She previously served as a marketing specialist and executive search consultant in several international companies. In 2013 she founded the award-winning café in Warsaw „Kubek w Kubek”. She studied international relations majoring in diplomacy at the University of Business and Administration. She completed post-graduate studies in HR Management at SWPS University in Warsaw. She is the alumni of Leadership Academy for Poland 2023.
