 Katarzyna is well-versed in cloud technologies, primarily AWS and Azure, and has expertise in API layers (REST, GraphQL) and integrations, artificial intelligence (LLMs, Gen AI, Computer Vision), and automation. Her proficiency extends to marketing technology, with a focus on solutions like CMS, DAM, CDP, CRM, and analytics systems, working with vendors like Adobe, Sitecore, Optimizely, and numerous smaller ones across the MACH alliance group.

Throughout her career, Katarzyna has had the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of complex global organizations, gaining deep insights into various industries, including regulated sectors. She has witnessed significant growth in the original company she joined after university, expanding from around 40 employees in Poznan and London to approximately 1000 across EMEA. This journey has provided her with unparalleled experience in navigating different company sizes, cultures, and needs.
