Małgorzata Mielczarek

Małgorzata Mielczarek is a first-year PhD candidate at the Faculty of Mechanical and Power Engineering at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, where she conducts research on green hydrogen production. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a master’s degree in Renewable Energy, combining both disciplines in her research. Her master’s thesis was recognized in the Women in Energy Transition competition. She is passionate about contributing to the energy transition and promoting science, actively supporting women in STEM through initiatives such „Dziewczyny do Nauki” and leading an educational program focused on increasing awareness of renewable energy transition among teenagers.
