I made my first edits on Wikipedia in 2020 with an encouragement of my now husband, a longtime editor and Wikimedia superfan. Since then, I've become interested not only in editing, but also in the whole of Wikimedia - the community, ideas of free access to knowledge and free licenses. I took part in our Guinness World Record breaking, various edit marathons and contests, trainings, meetings, looked at the grant application process inside the association. This way, I got to know many members of the Wiki community and many different perspectives on the development of both Wikipedia and the polish Wikimedia association and foundation itself
