Polina is a Senior Content Creator at Macpaw with over 10 years of experience turning startup founders' and IT pros' expertise into compelling media stories.

Previously, she worked at Flyer One Ventures, helping portfolio companies and their founders get published in top international media, including Forbes, TechCrunch, Sifted, Maddyness, and many others.

Throughout her career, Polina has conducted dozens of interviews with startup founders, which drove her research at Kozminski University, where she is pursuing a degree in strategic management. Her research focuses on non-financial support provided by venture capital to women founders. Polina will share the results of her investigation as a speaker at Ukrainian Tech Zone.
