Barbara Pawłowska is a Senior HR Service Delivery Coordinator at 3M Global Service Center. She delivers HR services across North Europe, including Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, and supports the UK and Ireland, managing the HR Help Line for Sweden. Barbara is active in 3M’s internal communities, contributing to the CSR and 3M Pride Networks. She launched employee interest clubs and participated in 3M’s Advocacy Academy, recently joining 3M Impact Global skills-based volunteering as a Pro Bono Consultant. Passionate about sustainability, Barbara enjoys upcycling - sewing functional projects from second-hand materials and giving them new life.”
