Agnieszka Wielądek

Agnieszka Wielądek is a communications specialist and cybersecurity advocate, She has long been committed to increasing the visibility of women in the tech industry.

Co-founder of Cyber Women Community – one of the first communities in Poland supporting women in the field of cybersecurity – and co-initiator of the “Rising Star in Cybersecurity” competition, which promotes innovative projects created by women in this domain. She is currently actively involved in the Women Go Cyber association, supporting women’s professional development and visibility in the cybersecurity sector.

A philologist and editor by education, she spent many years creating educational and entertainment content for children and teenagers, including for iconic series such as "WITCH" and "Donald Duck". She served on the jury of the Janusz Christa Children’s Comic Competition and the “What’s Your Story” competition, which promotes safe internet use among young users.

Privately – a wanderer by nature, she loves the Podlasie region, horseback riding, and mixed-breed dogs. Her greatest life adventure? Her kids.
