Milena Olszewska-Miszuris

Milena has 20 years of experience in capital markets and runs a boutique advisory company supporting management boards in value creation, financial and sustainability reporting, valuation and investor relations. She actively promotes ESG topics.
She is Co-Founder and Co-Chair of 30% Club Poland - a social campaign aimed at increasing the number of women in corporate boards and C-suite. She is also an expert on sustainable corporate governance at the Human and Business Rights Program at UN Global Compact Network Poland and a member of ACCA’s Governance, Risk and Performance Global Forum, a member of Association of Independent Non-Executive Directors as well as its Audit Committee and an active member of supervisory
boards of listed companies.
She guest lectures at postgraduate studies, e.g. at the Kozminski University and the Lazarski University. On top, she is a Chapter Zero Poland member, acts in a European Women on Boards task group and sits on the Council of Experts of the Women’s Individual Investors Club. Prior to running her own enterprise, she was an awarded equity analyst valuing (both domestically and internationally) listed companies at international brokerage houses.
