Edyta Bojda Pastuszczyn is an HR Business Partner at Stellantis Gliwice with + 15 years of experience in HR industry across diverse fields, including Shared Services in HR & IT sector, Banking and automotive. As HRBP for Software Hub Gliwice, Edyta is passionate about building the culture of high engaged teams, advocated for diversity in work environment and takes initiatives to increase number of Women in tech.

 At daily work, she works closely with Leaders and Employees to align people strategies with business goals, driving organisational development and culture of collaboration and innovation.

 As a member of Philantropy Team in Stellantis Gliwice, Edyta is one of the leader of philanthropy initiatives such "Girls It’s time for Tech", "Green Pulse for Silesia", "Nowa Ja na rynku pracy". Also strongly involved in promoting volunteering among Stellantis employees in Poland.
