Ewa Kubín

Ewa Kubín began her professional journey at Fio, a brokerage firm in the Czech Republic, where she was responsible for territorial growth and building partnerships 
with US and German stock exchanges. She then developed her career in digital media and e-commerce, taking on key roles at Penize.cz and Centrum Holdings. After moving to the UK, she established her own coaching practice and collaborated with Spark Inside, coaching young offenders in London’s correctional facilities. Upon returning to the continent, she took on senior HR roles — first as HR Director at Mall Group, and later leading talent acquisition and development at Żabka Polska. Today, she works as a life coach, mentor, and mediator, supporting individuals and organizations through change, development, and meaningful dialogue. She also serves on the committee of European Women on Boards, collaborating with institutional members in Poland and Slovakia, and actively promotes gender-balanced leadership across Europe and beyond. Outside of work, Ewa finds joy in sailing and discovering new places. She has crossed the Atlantic on s/y Zawisza Czarny twice and has a deep appreciation and enthusiasm for Korean culture.
