Patricia Gestoso

Dr Patricia Gestoso is a seasoned technologist and corporate advisor with over 25 years of experience in digital transformation, AI, and scientific simulation across the life sciences, chemicals, and materials sectors. As the Founder of Gestoso Consulting, she supports leaders in leveraging artificial intelligence for responsible innovation, ethical governance, and sustainable growth.
She brings boardroom-relevant experience as a diploma holder in corporate governance, trustee at the Booth Centre, and UK Partnerships Lead at European Women on Boards, an NGO advancing gender diversity at executive and board levels. Patricia is also Director of Scientific Support and member of the Technology Council at Dassault Systèmes BIOVIA.
Recognised among the most influential women in UK tech, she regularly speaks and publishes on AI ethics, algorithmic bias, AI agents, deepfakes, digital colonialism, and
sustainability. She is a reviewer for AI ethics journals and EU research programmes.
A Ph.D. in Computational Chemistry, award-winning inclusion strategist, and certified coach, Patricia is writing a book about how women in tech succeed worldwide.
