Kinga Fromlewicz

Kinga Fromlewicz – Menopause-in-the-Workplace Educator and IT Project Manager, leading projects and trainings in the area of GenAI at Laurens Coster/FOTC.

She is a member of the International Menopause Society, where she completed the IMPART course, and of the European Menopause and Andropause Society. She also completed the Confidence in Menopause course at the UK’s Newson Health. She collaborates with the Kulczyk Foundation as part of the Roundtable for Menopause initiative.

In May 2025, she became the first menopause educator from Poland to be invited to present her research on menopause in the workplace at the 15th European Congress on Menopause and Andropause in Valencia.

She specializes in the topic of menopause at work, providing training and support to companies in building open environments where menopause and andropause are no longer taboo.

She is the author of the first book in the Polish market on menopause in the workplace, titled “Menopauza nie robi sobie wolnego od 9 do 17” (“Menopause Doesn’t Take a Break from 9 to 5”).
