Dominika Pikul

Dominika is a neuroscience consultant, trainer, and PhD researcher specialising in neurodiversity, executive function and peak performance leadership. She equips organisations with science-based tools to support diverse cognitive profiles and build high-performing, neuroinclusive cultures. At Brain Architects, she develops practical resources for neurodivergent talent. Her current research focuses on ADHD and brain connectivity, alongside recent work exploring workplace barriers for neurodivergent individuals in Poland.
