Kyrylo Mazur is a serial tech entrepreneur with 15 years of experience in the startup and venture capital ecosystem.

He co-founded Happy Monday, a career platform with a vibrant ecosystem of career products that connects 4,000 companies with 5 million professionals annually. His mission is to help businesses make their employer brand shine, showcase their uniqueness, and attract top professionals.

Kyrylo has experience launching a venture fund as a hired manager, overseeing $11M+ in investments across 40+ startups, with 30x exits in key deals. Beyond this, he has contributed to 20+ projects supporting the Ukrainian startup ecosystem through his work at Center42 Innovation Agency, a VC fund, and UNIT.City – one of the largest innovation parks in the EU.
