Wiktoria Nowak

Wiktoria Nowak – Co-founder of GenbOOst, a socio-business project under the OFF School Foundation that builds intergenerational bridges within companies. She is a graduate student in Labour Market Organization at the University of Warsaw. In October 2023, she co-created one of the largest voter turnout initiatives in Poland, Girls to the Polls ("Dziewczyny na Wybory"). The initiative has since evolved into an association that actively promotes the political participation of young women, regardless of political views.

She served two terms in the University of Warsaw Student Parliament and is currently a Student Senator in the University Senate. She is also a member of the Teaching Council at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies.

Wiktoria is a finalist of the I Am a Leader ("Jestem Liderką") program, which annually selects 21 outstandingly engaged young women from across Poland. This year, she was chosen as a Polish representative at the Vital Voices US Summit, where only 8 out of 100 engaged women came from Poland.

She has been a speaker at nationwide conferences such as the Open Eyes Economy Summit, Impact CEE, Freedom Games ("Igrzyska Wolności"), and the Solidarnie.PL Conference.
