Karolina Andrian

Karolina Andrian is the founder and board member of the Share the Care Foundation, which promotes shared parental leave and gender equality in Poland. She advocates for systemic change that enables men to engage in caregiving and supports equal partnerships. Karolina played a key role in the public campaign for the implementation of the EU Work-Life Balance Directive in Poland. She collaborates with policymakers, employers, and media to advance inclusive family and workplace policies.
